Rawash products are considered personal care products; therefore, they're not returnable in any way. But If you receive a product that is damaged or not the product you ordered, then you have the right to ask for compensation, replacement, or return. The objection must be within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the order meets the Return & Refund Policy's requirements, the payment will be refunded within 15 working days after the order is returned to our warehouses. Note: Products purchased with a discount are non-refundable or non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
